Shipping policy

If you are an out of state client then choose the "shipping" option during checkout. Sending flowers through the mail is a precise art and we will be here to help you along the way! After you place your order you will receive a step by step video tutorial on how to properly send your flowers to us. The cost of shipping your fresh flowers to our studio will be covered by you unless you purchase our shipping kit 14 days in advance. 

Local Drop-Off & Pricing Policy

 

Local customers may select Drop Off & Pick Up at checkout. We have a studio in Salt Lake City, Utah, and will reach out to schedule a time after your order is placed.

Local orders may receive a Local Customer Discount upon, which helps offset the shipping cost normally included with standard orders. However, if the finished piece needs to be shipped instead of picked up, and the local customer discount was used, shipping will be charged at that time.

Custom & Oversized Frame Shipping Policy

 

Frames that are custom-sized or larger than our standard offerings are not eligible for free shipping, even for local customers who drop off their flowers. These pieces require additional packaging and freight handling to arrive safely.

Shipping for large custom frames will be billed once the piece is complete. If you would like an estimate before production begins, you’re welcome to request one at anytime.
